Description (learning methods, topics covered) Teachers: writing newsletters Support staff: a look back at the 2024-2025 year through exchanges and activities on the following topics: pedagogical days, the PDS network, the various training courses offered, the welcome and support program, and the review of annual development plans. In addition, support staff will participate in training on the characteristics of diverse student profiles and on effective intervention strategies for dealing with them. Time will be set aside to develop annual development plans for 2025-2026, designed to continue supporting professional and personal development. |
