This Thursday, November 14 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., join us at Parents as partners in education for the webinar "Taking care of your mental health as an immigrant father: challenges and resources".
This webinar addresses the unique mental health and integration challenges faced by immigrant fathers. It focuses on stress management, social and cultural pressure, and the importance of breaking the stigma attached to expressing vulnerability. A space for discussion and support to help build a fulfilling life balance.

On Friday, our school had the privilege of welcoming the Tara Luz Danse troupe. Students took part in group dance workshops throughout the day, then all gathered in the gymnasium at the end of the day to present their choreographies to their fellow students. Many thanks to #Taraluzdanse and #PassepART for this wonderful experience!
