An evening to remember at Immaculée-Conception!
What a wonderful celebration to mark the end of the school year! Our students wowed us with song, dance, percussion, shadow play and much more.
Congratulations to our 8th graders - Cadence and Bradley - and our garden graduates - Ava and Sophia - on their great success. You shone on stage and in our hearts!

Une soirée marquante à l’école Immaculée-Conception! Quelle magnifique célébration pour souligner la fin de l’année scolaire! Nos élèves nous ont émerveillés avec des chants, des danses, des percussions, du théâtre d’ombres et bien plus encore. Félicitations à nos finissants de 8e année – Cadence et Bradley et nos finissantes du jardin- Ava et Sophia – pour leur belle réussite. Vous avez brillé sur scène et dans nos cœurs!Merci à tout le personnel, invités spéciaux, familles et élèves qui ont contribué à faire de cette soirée un moment rempli d’émotion, de rires et de fierté.

Our students took part in a Cyclothon! The older kids rode to West Beach, while the younger ones went to Agimak Beach.
The event began with a bike safety education session provided by the Ontario Provincial Police. Afterwards, everyone got in the saddle for a great ride, which ended with dinner and beach activities for all to enjoy! ... Voir plusVoir moins

Nos élèves ont participé à un Cyclothon! Les plus grands ont roulé jusqu’à West Beach, tandis que les plus jeunes se sont rendus à Agimak Beach.L’activité a débuté par une séance d’éducation sur la sécurité à vélo offerte par la Police provinciale de l’Ontario. Ensuite, tout le monde est monté en selle pour une belle balade, qui s’est terminée par un dîner et des activités à la plage pour le plaisir de tous!

In the fall of 2024, the CSDCAB launched a writing project led by artist Brian St-Pierre and Johanne Lefebvre, within the context of the French and arts education curricula. For two weeks, every school in the district hosted an artistic tour, offering students a unique experience combining a performance, a writing workshop and the recording of a song written by the students themselves.

A canoe born of the teamwork of ÉSC de La Vérendrye students is proudly launched.

On Tuesday, June 10, École secondaire catholique de La Vérendrye proudly celebrated the launch of their traditional birchbark canoe, the result of a collaborative effort by students supported by the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP) and the Conseil scolaire de district catholique des Aurores boréales.
